PA voted blue in 2020 as has become blue, and so did Wisconsin. Fetterman was beating the Republican candidate no matter who it was in PA.

Never would have imagined this 6 months ago but here we are.

I could have sworn that we were assured in 2016 after Trump won Michigan. Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin that those states would never be carried by a Democrat again because of the overwhelming number of white blue-collars living there. Could it be that the Rust Belt remains more competitive than many here expected or hoped?

Don’t recall any such thing, but being from PA, we’ve watched the transformation happen, and let’s not forget that so many folks have left the Dem states behind for greener pastures in the last few years.

‘It’s a rip-off’: GOP spending under fire as Senate hopefuls seek rescue
A cash crunch at campaigns and the NRSC set off a panic as GOP candidates emerged from bruising primaries playing catch-up in polls and advertising

“If they were a corporation, the CEO would be fired and investigated,” said a national Republican consultant working on Senate races. “The way this money has been burned, there needs to be an audit or investigation because we’re not gonna take the Senate now and this money has been squandered. It’s a rip-off.”
