That's the taboo question for russia.
How the hell with all thoses natural ressources they didn't acheive to create a strong economy? If you compare them with other countries in the same situation, the result are truly low.

I don't speak russian but I assume the discussion about economic development in russia sound like the one about islam and non european immigration in western europe.

Because they always had extremely high level of corruption and irrational income distribution, Moscow picks up too much money from the provinces, while the rest Russia have no enough money for good development...
