Sticky situation if the Oligarchs are involved. All those loose cannons are under control of someone for the most part even if it's some local war lord wanna be. Can the government control them? This is how countries fall apart, a weak government incapable of enforcing its will and law and order in general. I read about what the Soviets did in western Ukraine up until about 1949 and the price for peace came in blood and lives destroyed. If the Kiev Junta starts losing control it could get nasty.
