Many Tatars live very well. They have multi-storied houses and you can see it when walking in the districts where most Tatars live.
With regard to the land, it was very cheap in the 1990s, it was not expensive about 5 years ago. As for the present, I do not know as I have not taken interest in it. It is very important for everyone living in the Crimean peninsula to legalise the land. And everyone tries to do it. We have special agencies which help in it.

My parents live in Simferopol. I legalised a plot of land in one of the gardening cooperatives near Simferopol three years ago. While going through the process of legalisation I met a lot of Tatars. I have a relative who is married a Tatar and we have parties in which both Tatars and Russians take part. I do not think that difficulties may arise as both Russians and Tatars have property, business, sometimes common family and we depend on each other. Conflicts are not profitable at all. There can be some radicals, but I do not think that there are a lot of them. Besides, not all the Tatars support Mustafa Dzhemilev.
At the moment all people are friendly to each other. There are no conflicts between Tatars and Russians and I think, it will continue.

- The status and rights of Crimean Tatars and all others in occupied territories are guaranteed.
- The Crimean Tatars are declared as indigenous people of Ukraine
