Finally, I see Mr. Lavrov has made it known that Russia is really concerned now about the events in Ukraine. But why is I that he insists 'EVERYTHING' depends on the Ukrainian parties'?'
'Everything?' Wow. Nothing like a word floating in like a dead balloon for conflict resolution.
I live in Donetsk and shocked with all happening here, we can't do anything while Ukrainian government lies blaming local militia in all war crimes which in fact were made by Ulraine, not people living here.
I'm more interested not in the "who fired whom", but how Europe is going to explain the perspectives (economical one) for the people in the East. I don't like all those combatants, but European bureaucracy doesn't impress me too. They should have started to explain it a long time ago.
I can't say Poroshenko is more effective than Turchinov
There are many photos and videos about phosphorus bombs have been used in Slavjansk etc. Don't believe them. That's lies and propaganda.
There are many facts that Ukrainian army and National Guard fight not too hard but slow. And the reason is that the new Ukrainian President Poroshenko has reduced the power of the Anti - Terroristic -Operation (ATO). He hopes to solve the problem using conversation.
And meanwhile the separatists have captured three tanks (T64) of Ukrainian army.
Conмersation? Are you sure that this girl from Slavyansk died of conversations?
As for phosphorus bombs I agree, but there was something containing fewer phosphorus in, we all can see videos from Semenovka and fires after falling pieces of that white stuff on the ground.
Lies and propaganda are words of Ukrainian government that all people left Slavyansk and Semenovka. For thosу who can't understand Russinan- on the video from Semenovka operator speaks on the radio with somebody who tells him: we have to take away all civilians from there immidiatelly.
It hurts that we can't do anything, because Donetsk is dangerous place also. About an hour ago here was explode and seems that it was just beginning

Ok I see the point. But to be fair, the Russian setup isn't 'inspirational' either but but let's work with that we have and see.
It wojuld seem if we can get some bona-fide statesmen in here who can use their power and skills to get things going 'locally' so to speak making sure 'minorities' aren't being edged out with backward attitudes it could be a start and people won't have to be rushed to hospitals. But I guess to get there probably is a long shot if people persist and want to argue while stuck in cement shoes.
