Outlawed Ukrainian language, naturally. Don't pretend you don't understand the difference between Ukrainian nationalists and Russian nazis and the fascist Russian regime that gave them a license to kill with impunity. Also, in my previous posts I gave you references to the articles exposing mutual love affair between Putin' regime and European far right (or far left). Putin gave "loans" to Marie Le Pen, a far right French nazi, and you are demonizing moderate Ukrainian nationalists defending their country here? Surreal, comrade.

1000+ years old trident of the Kiev princes, Ukraine uses as its emblem, is a Nazi symbol in your propaganda saturated mind? Again, Pravii Sektor is left of Marie Le Pen, those guys are just moderate nationalists demonized by the Russian propaganda. There are plenty of the Russians/Russian speakers and other ethnicities among Sektor' members.

Surreal. Deranged Russian regime you shill for revives greatness of Stalin, who was not only a deranged maniac responsible for the millions of the needless deaths, but also the greatest German Nazi collaborator of all times. This pathological obsession of the Russians and Russian propaganda with a leader of an obscure guerrilla movement is nothing short of a mental condition. It takes a psychiatrist to explain it, I can't, it's outside the realm of rational.

You have to cite an issue of newspaper Zavtra where you picked a few labels. Don't forget judeo banderovets.

Comrade, you repeatedly chose to lie. Why? It's not a propaganda forum, you prove nothing to anybody by doing this. The chronology of the Russian hybrid attack is well established, your claims about spontaneous "resistance" of Donbass (or Crimea) people are deliberate lies. There was nothing spontaneous about Crimea or Donbass events. Yes, Russians used treasonous part of Donbass population as propaganda cattle for TV pictures and later as gun meat. In the case of Donbass, Russians had to bring "leaders" of the "republics" from Moscow who never lived in Donbass before. Ukraine has its share of blame for letting Donbass mafia (Yanukovich belongs to) to raise a generation of peons who hates Ukraine just as much as Russian nazis do. Nevetherless those people didn't self organize to challenge the events in Kiev, they were herded, used and abused (by a promise of tripled salaries and speedy anschluss).

What's nazi about Pravi sektor? I can tell what's nazi about Putin, Dugin, Zhyrynovsky, you and so on. What's nazi about them? They dared to resist Russian nazism, and that what makes them nazi?

"Moderate nationalists," "left of Mari Le Pen," eh?

Just let us know when we'll see something like this on streets of Paris or Marseille.

P.S. And oh - when it comes to Kuban, better do some reading, why it doesn't make sense to "exterminate Russian identity and language" not only in Kuban, but on Donbass as well.

"Don Cossacks (Russian: Донские казаки) are Cossacks who settled along the middle and lower Don. Historically, they have been located within what was the Don Cossack Host (Russian: Всевеликое Войско Донское, Vsevelikoye Voysko Donskoye), which was either an independent or an autonomous democratic republic in the present day Southern Russia and the Donbas region of Ukraine, from the end of the 16th century until 1918. "

Don Cossacks - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is where historically Donbass belongs, and that's why that "Ukrainian identity" that Ukrainian nationalists are "trying to defend" there ( or rather brutally enforce,) is patently false, as much as those "moderate Ukrainian nationalists" might try.

American Counter Mortar system found, still in the crate. It detects incoming mortar rounds and spots where they are coming from. Graphic in places.

You do not know the history. Emblem of Ukraine - is stylized falcon, emblem Rurik. Rurik - is prince of Great Novgorod, whose descendants conquered Kiev and made it the capital of Rus. I do not know, why Ukrainians believe the main city of Rus is Kiev. Rus was formed in Novgorod.

UPD: And the word "Rus" - is uniquely northern word associated with the Finno-Ugric, Normans (Varangians), or with one of the northern Slavic tribes.

It'a all over in the Debaltseve pocket just a little mopping up to do. A lot of dead Einsatzgruppen and over 230 trophies taken so far of which 28 are working tanks. Even more are scattered across the battlefield unsalable or not counted yet. A lot of ammunition all over the place. Ukrainian casualties are unknown and we will probably never know the exact numbers.

If my recollections of Kiev/Russian history are accurate the Southern Slavs invited Rurik to come to Kiev and rule because the Slavs were fighting among themselves all the time. Sounds typical of the peoples of Europe at the time. The same things were going on in Britain when Rome conquered it 1000 years before. I can't remember who asked Rurik to come to Kiev - if that's the way it happened.

History doesn't matter though. That is what happened, not what is going to be. It's the future we should be concerned with and they best way to solve this problem is to split the country into east and west at the Dniepre River. Kiev is a problem, I've been there. I've seen it and to me it is a Russian city so I think it should go to the east.

Make an east and west Ukraine. If the peoples west of the Dniepre to the Danube want to revert back to slitting their neighbors throats in the night as Europeans historically are so fond of let them do it.

All of the "nazi" rhetoric sidelines the true point of discussion. Russia invaded Ukraine, period. Rebels did not have access to equipment, Kadyrov sent in Chechen mercs, Russia sent in Russian troops. If he did it in Crimea why was East Ukraine any different. Also to those suggesting LNR/DPR have their own gas supplies this is simply false. Most of the infrastructure has been destroyed with Russia working to reroute supplies meant for ALL of Ukraine to the east.

Re: 'Rus was formed in Novgorod'

Yes. I find it interesting looking at the history that the word 'Rus' supposedly is derived from the Finnish word for Sweden which is 'Ruotsi'. From the looks of it it kind of links the Scandanavians with early Russians under the strong-man Rurik at the time. He apparently did well quelling tribal wars since his descendants ruled on to the 16th century.
