Putin has said (per the article) that having a tribunal to hold people accountable "would be counterproductive". Tribunals are always "counterproductive" for the people being held to account. That's what they're for.
I admit the West can have an very aggressive propaganda but Russia does as well. Russia did invade Ukraine and hid the deaths of Russian soldiers. In addition it gave highly advanced weapons to the Russian rebels in Dombas region. A highly advanced weapon from the Russian rebels did hit the Malaysia Airlines MH17.
Russia didn't "invade Ukraine" - it conducts there the covert military operations.
(Putin learns each and every trick from American books and it pays off.)
And Ukraine, while starting military operations in the East of the country and bombing its own civilian population, shouldn't have falsely named them some "anti-terrorist operation," (which was very misleading,) but should have properly identify it as a civil war and promptly close the air space.
And this fact pic speak the different - Russian aggression was supported some dictatorial regimes, and no more.
Wadym I have no idea what you are trying to say here ( "bosh" or not,)
but I am really concerned by your monkeys with grenades.
Not only they destroy the electricity pylons in Eastern Ukraine (the ones that were connected to Crimea,) but I hear that they plan to proceed with their terror, and who knows where they are going to stop in their craziness, because there are more than electricity pylons can be involved - there are Nuclear stations and other sources of power that can be targeted in Eastern Ukraine.

It's a war. Certainly at Russia insufficiently strong army for adequate war but to transfer terrorists they presume, from a tacit consent of the West.

Terrorists blow up an electricity pylon. And they do not live in the Donbass.
First, learn the Criminal code even your country to not confuse concept 'terrorism' and 'diversion'. Or you think if will accuse of terrorism of others it will lower your country fault?
Secondly, there are no proofs of participation of activists to explosion. The pylon is near to occupied zone and not safe while beside Russian soldiers commit excesses.

And who does not let maintenance crews? Also Russians?
Acivists carry out the Decision of the Government on a recognition of Crimea an occupied territory. Ukraine can't supply "crimean federal district", it's illegal.

By the way, interesting text from Eugene Grishkovets:
The actor argues on the politician? Nuff said...
