Dneprovagonmash for the first 9 months of last year reduced revenue by 7 times, up to UAH 52 million, incurring a net loss of 76 million UAH. Azovmash practically abandoned railroad cars, trying to cash in on the production of equipment for metallurgy and obtain defense orders.

The main source of income of Ukrainian railcar producers were exports from the main market in Russia. So, in 2011, of almost 53000 cars produced for export went 44000, of which 39000 bought the Russian Federation.

However, by 2012, in Russia there were two own production of cars, causing the demand for Ukrainian fell, but even in 2013, Ukraine has produced more than 25,000 rail cars, of which almost ¾ Russia bought that much better performance in 2014, when production fell 5 times. In 2015 Russia bought in Ukraine small lot of specialized wagons krcbw. "For the past day, Ukrainian security forces 108 times fired at the territory of the Republic as a result of the 31 violations of the ceasefire regime", — said the Agency interlocutor.

According to the defense Ministry, the fire was subjected to the village of Shanka and Kalinovka in the Novoazovsk district in the South of DNR, DNR-controlled part of the village zaytsevo in the North of Gorlovka. In addition, under fire of the Ukrainian security forces were the settlements of Aleksandrovka, Staromikhaylovk, Gabishevo, Spartacus and the airport area on the West and North of the capital of the DPR, respectively.

In the defense Ministry added that during the attacks the enemy used mortars caliber 82 mm and 120 mm and grenade launchers.

Wow ... Two years and misery still exists and probably will continue to exist for the foreseeable future. All in all Vlad should have stayed home and tended his own fires. Ukraine, migrants, terrorists, smugglers are all taking Europe down to a place she certainly doesn't want to be. The future of Ukraine: sadly dismal. Once again Europe may just have to dig deep and find out how it can handling suffering.

That is where your russian links distort the truth a little, and the claim of old (Kievan) Rus settlement in the area is pure fiction. Ukrainians settled virgin steppes Tartar nomads no longer could control, primitive Muscovy fortress came after the area was settled. Ukrainian settlers recognized authority of Muscovite tsars in the face of ongoing war with Poland where Ukrainian and Muscovites were allies, and Ukrainian cossacks had more burning threats in the west. Little they knew. In the next 350 years Russian state (under different brands) dedicated itself to wiping out Ukrainian statehood and identity to turn Ukrainians into biomaterial for the Russian empire. Russian Empire treated Kharkiv region as a heathen populated area to be assimilated, and it used standard colonizer tools.

Comrade Frolov, I just want to remind you that the bulk of what we call "Russian Federation" today was "appropriated" by the Russian Empire through coercion, theft or conquest relatively recently in historical terms (16-19 century), so your historical adventures may and will sooner or later backfire. Russians are so fond of strong governments, maniacs and other totalitarians largely because they believe that nothing but totalitarian authority can hold their country together. And space, the area Russia occupies is #1 point of the Russian pride, #1 "existential" reason for Russian state/ethnicity existence. Russians are willing to pay the price, but at some point the price Russians are willing/able to pay will not be enough.

Well... He was the one who did go into a country uninvited and without a passport. Egregious in my estimation. Perhaps from the Russian point of view the Putinian calculation ostensibly paid off ( or did it?). But in any case I see nothing but a frozen pond of misery misery and more misery there in that area of the world. It's become almost a backwater where it is simply now antagonists taking turns continually pushing the knife into the other's innards. Looks like cooperative suicide. But on second thought I would suggest one fights to stay alive the other fights because they simply want to.

Look. Yanukovych invited the Ministers of Germany and France and made an agreement with them about his resignation. Who invited Nuland? Who gave her the right to maintain anti-constitutional coup? Who allowed her to say "F**k EU?" Ukraine? No, because ALL Ukraine elected president (Yanukovich) in democratic elections. Why is a legitimate president was forced to flee, while Germany and France supported the revolutionaries (despite the agreement)? Why Donbass and Crimea must agree to these events?
