You are wrong... the vaccine is not working well and has very short term antibodies and does not have the back ups that natural immunity gives you.
And of course, you're forgetting that there are other vaccines that are not as effective.
Forgetting there are variants...
Forgetting that covid mutates like the flu
Facts are with 1/2 of the US population with at least ONE vaccine in them... the cases and serious cases and deaths haven't really moved since January.
Facts are showing that his "thing" people are having injected isn't working too good.
You might want to look at the population of deaths in your state... right now.. betting mean age is 60 or above... all presumably vaccinated.
Lol, actually it's exactly the opposite so far.
Facts? Here is a fact for you: in TX, Covid hospitalizations peaked in January, there has been more than a 5 fold drop since then. (26% fully vaccinated).
A very large percent of the population, which has been estimated at between 40%-60%, was apparently naturally immune before any of this started, probably from prior exposure to similar versions of the coronavirus that came and went in the years and decades that have already gone by. This should come as no surprise, considering how pervasive the coronavirus has been in our society for as long as we have all lived and longer.
Several studies have shown that people infected with Covid-19 tend to have T cells that can target the virus, regardless of whether they have experienced symptoms. So far, so normal. But scientists have also recently discovered that some people can test negative for antibodies against Covid-19 and positive for T cells that can identify the virus. This has led to suspicions that some level of immunity against the disease might be twice as common as was previously thought.
Most bizarrely of all, when researchers tested blood samples taken years before the pandemic started, they found T cells which were specifically tailored to detect proteins on the surface of Covid-19. This suggests that some people already had a pre-existing degree of resistance against the virus before it ever infected a human. And it appears to be surprisingly prevalent: 40-60% of unexposed individuals had these cells.
Some dip**** wrote the editor of the paper and said he'd not do any business with any business who didn't make its employees get vaccinated. They'd have to show proof of vaccination or wouldn't be allowed in his home or he wouldn't go inside their business. I wonder if the kook knows that the vaccines do not give you immunity.
Yeah but the tests are so inaccurate that millions and millions of cases were diagnosed and weren't Covid. There's no way of knowing if the person really has Covid or not. But the vaccines are a risky waste I will grant you that.
An Arizona legislator, Rep. Alma Hernandez, who was inoculated two months ago and who also routinely wears a mask, practices social distancing and practices good hygiene, has contracted the coronavirus.
So all of that did not protect her. At the end of the day, it is up to her God given immunity system to protect her from this virus, come what may.
So much for the "experts".
Those that have been saying that you can't get or pass covid after being vaccinated are either ignorant or lying. What the vaccine will do is keep the virus from killing you or putting you into the hospital.

It seems, and this is not surprising, that many have some degree of possible immunity from previous exposures. And we have known this about many infectious agents. And about Covid 19 data from other parts of the world having more natural immunity.
As a Covid 19 survivor I was in such a study last year regarding the MMR vaccine and related antibody titers.
But 'naturally immune' does not equate to 40-60% having anything like complete immunity.

An isolated breakthrough.
Masks are intended to protect others, not the wearer.
While she claims to practice social distancing, it is obvious she had close contact with a spreader, perhaps a family member who was asymptomatic.
It’s also likely she has been infected with a variant.
The UK variant is now the most common infection in the US.
So the honest question is, how sick is she? Is she going to be seriously ill, hospitalized, and die? (I honestly don't know, didn't read the article). Because THAT is what the vaccine was supposed to do, not only fight the virus, but also lead to much, much better results for those that DO get sick. Because very few, if any, viruses work at 100%. But I am sure you already knew that.
Think you meant no VACCINE is 100% effective, especially against variants.
Experts state the vaccine does not have 100% efficacy.
95% efficacy for the 2 shot vaccines and 70% for J&J, as far as getting covid.
That kind of granularity is far too complex for many people to ever understand though.
