He was too young to be an incel yet. At what age does someone reasonably declare themselves an incel? 16, if you can't get a girlfriend? 15? 12? It doesn't make much sense for people who are still college-age, or just past that. Part of his problem was that the incel propaganda lead him to believe he was being cheated in life.

Part of the problem is how kids as young as 12 already feel the peer pressure about sex. It's just too much exposure in the various media portraying sex as the only thing that matters in life.

I totally agree. There is entirely too much pressure from the media and the social media.

Definitely. Sex is trumped up so much by the media that the age kids start taking curiousity becomes lower and lower. Granted, youth's curiousity towards sex isn't new (all youth is curious; plus, Casanova started at age 12, and he was born in 1725!). But mass media trumps it up way too much. Sex is a big deal, but it's just so complex when mixed in with human emotions and relationships that, when thrown in with the hormones and mental changes of the adolescent stage, it causes problems. Generally, adolescents and kids just aren't ready for it until they finish growing (that totally depends on the person though). They keep getting exposed because so many adults either don't care, are ignorant, or aren't smart enough to properly censor what their children take in, both from media and their home and family environment. So it leads to issues.

I actually managed to find the link to that video of the feminist columnist who found out more about her PUA/MRA critics. It's worth a watch. She's got the right attitude; these guys are so miserable, it must be awful to be them:
Blogger Lindy West Faces Her Internet Trolls (Warning, there is some not safe for work language in the video.)

But if you want to wallow in their misery for a while, here's one guy who is over the top. He's part of the "blog roll" of other revered PUA/MRA sites, so he's part of their sphere:

Wow: How to Crush a Girl’s Self-Esteem

Heading #3 is a winner!

Quote:
3. Isolate her from her friends and family.
It goes on. I do think this guy is half hyperbole, because I cannot believe anyone who says this is for real. But still, it's out there and he's writing it as if he's serious, so I guess you have to believe that he wants to be taken seriously. And after all, we are told that these guys want us all to be submissive, to not have the right to vote, and so forth. Way down into the rabbit hole we go.

Oops! Found another winner: http://mattforney.com/2013/12/02/the...ale-education/ (Assume these blog posts have NSFW language.)

It's far better to keep these guys shut in so they don't go and hurt other people based on some perceived slight. It's better then going out getting a real weapon and kill people.

A guy can't keep his head stuck in the sand only so long. A big shot of self esteem goes a long ways. A guy goes to Costa Rica and has sex with 5 beautiful women and then he comes home and in the guy world he is definitely way above the other nerds in his group of friends. I recommend any single guy to go there, even if he has no desire to buy sex. A definite thing that so many guys would love to experience.

Just to comment on the bolded, life expectancy in the 1700s was around 35, so interest in sex at 12 isn't out of place for that time period.

^^^^This is a perfect summary. But of course, it's much easier to find and commiserate with other angry and unsuccessful guys than to make efforts to change yourself into a better man.

All this PUA/MRA, whatever red-pill bullsh*t is out there, I don't follow it, had never heard of it until reading about it on C-D, and it has no bearing on my life, nor anyone else's that I know. This is a tiny majority of guys who buy into this, not the type of people I see in everyday life. Out in the real world, people try, stumble, fall, pick themselves up and start over again in pursuit of what they want. Those are the people who get things they want out of life, the people who work toward those goals, not the people who sit on their arses crying into their soup and getting validation from other losers on the internet.

the whole reason wars are fought is because of ultimately not enough ***** to go around. The problem is that it's in the guys hands to win a woman over, women usually do not initiate. Lack of socialization is ultimately what produces most of the weirdos out there, whether it's because of shyness or whatever.

What might help is taking the kids who have no friends at a very young age, and basically forcing them into some sort of group where they can socialize. It's very important in the development of a child (age 6-10) to have friends and socialize in a healthy manner.

There's not much you can do once people get older, although a woman could make the first move and ask out the shy character she is interested in... this idea that a guy must initiate creates a number of problems in today's society where gender roles are out the window....

The smart thing a woman could do is marry their best friend... rather they want 'mystery' and 'excitement' instead and the types of guys that provide this generally are sometimes not the best fathers, though some can be both exciting and good fathers. It's also worth mentioning that good looking or smooth men will get away with things other men don't. Picking up women is a skill like any other... very much animal driven instincts and emotion.

Mod cut: Quoted post has been deleted.

Hot men can get away with much shenanigans, just like hot women. PUA guys and Eliot Rodger types don't like how easy it is for some men (alpha jock beasts and brutes!), the unfairness of it all. But it is what it is, there are guys that enjoy and live off of women quite easily.
