Oh little betamanlet, the dating pool gets smaller and smaller with every thread you create and every post you make. I think in order to avoid any confusion at all you should just make a list of deal-breakers in the form of business cards which you can just hand out to any prospective dates. No big expense involved (half a dozen will probably last you over a year) and at least the women will know where they stand right at the beginning.
Would all the deal-breakers fit on a small business card, or would they need to be listed on a long, legal document you'd have to hold out in front of you to unfurl?

Well, there you go, mission almost accomplished. Choose a nice readable font and off you go. You might want to clean up the grammar a little and also be a little more explicit where, "in exchange for something of value" is concerned as that's a little ambiguous. Actually, maybe what you should do is hand out the business cards but note on them that a more detailed document is available upon request. Try and keep that to max three legal pages.
But I"m not at the point where most of the women I know have done this, whereas I don't know any guy who has slept with married women while he has been single.
As I said before, just because you think you don't know any men who have slept with married women, that doesn't mean it's true. The only reason you don't know is that no one has told you.
