Are people living in Spain considered Hispanic? They speak Spanish. Are they considered Caucasian, European or Iberian???
Spaniards are Caucasian, European, and Iberian all three. Per the US census Spaniards would technically fit into the Hispanic classification but I have never met a Spaniard living in the US that identified as Hispanic. Truthfully that is a classification in the US associated with people with origins in Spanish speaking Latin America.

Where as I knew a woman who I used to joke about being the whitest woman in the world with a French mother and Spaniard father. She came to America as a child was in bilingual public education classes and maintained a Hispanic self identity since that is how the culture treated her in her formative years. Now if a Spaniard immigrated as an adult he might not buy into the US race/ethnic group classification

You do know that reggaeton is a Latin America cooptation of JAMAICAN music, so the fact that you cite this as evidence of Equatorial Guineans considering themselves Hispanic is a joke.
Willing to bet if you spoke to the majority of the population (not the mulatto elites) they would tell you that they are Africans, and will wonder why are you so stupid.

Can we call Latin Americans Jamaicans now? I mean the underlying rhythm is "dem bow" which came out of the dance hall scene in the earl 90s, and spread to Panama where those of WEST INDIAN background changed the lyrics from Jamaican patwa to Spanish.

But reggaeton is a Hispanic Latin-American phenomenon. It's part of the 21st century pop culture of Hispanic countries of Latin America, not part of the 21st century pop culture of Jamaica.
The typical lyrics of reggaeton are in Spanish language.
