I plan to crank up the old motorhome about June or July, and go see, but would be happy to hear from folks that know about real life in north central AZ.

I have owned three lots in Bridge Canyon Country Estates since 1966 when it was first marketed. All of a sudden, I am getting numerous inquires and offers to buy my land. I've received three in the last week! Something is going on out there--OR--about to be going on! Today, while I was out my wife received a call from a Real Estate guy located in Seligman with an offer in the "too good to be true" category. Long story short--something is causing a very high interest in Bridge Canyon Country Estates property!

I have heard that there is
a highway project and a walt disney
theme park project in the works that
will make the property more valuable.

Here is a current listing in the Bridge Canyon estates
as an example of what the current market will give.
The current offer I received for the property was $2000.

Default Retirement?

Seligman would be a good place to go to die.

If you are going to retire there I hope you don't plan on ever needing medical care.

Default Seligman

From what I have heard from the locals is the lots are sold out. People are still interested in moving there thus resulting in people wanting any available lot.

Don’t sell. You will be in a save sacred place when the time comes. Mitigation will follow. (Those who understand… good and for those who don’t… think a bit more) Many will be without a place to live. PFA
