What's on Tonight's Dinner Menu? 2014 (red wine, restaurants, cheeseburger, mushroom)

Broiled flounder in a lemon-butter sauce, spicy baked potato slices, a combo of spinach and kale sautéed in garlic and olive oil, and unsweetened iced tea to drink. Dessert will be homemade pizzelles and vanilla ice cream.

I am bouncing around ideas (chicken mole or leftover tofu/chicken stir-fry). But, a cheeseburger and fries sounds great!

Mushroom and Havarti cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and pickles sounds like a winner to me. Maybe some home-made fries on the side.

I'll have baked chicken breast that I took from the freezer and steamed mixed vegetables.

Linguine and clam sauce. Salad with red wine vinaigrette dressing. A red wine that my DH is getting now. It should be good.
Texas Garlic Bread.

Peppermint schnapps and dark chocolate chip ice cream from a local ice cream blace.

sweet Italian sausage and zucchini ratatouille, crusty bread.

Vandaloo chicken with basmati rice, American salad and some Cuban bread ( publix had no Nash bread).

Made some home made pizza with Mid's Italian Sausage sauce, mushrooms and onions.

Fresh bread, fried ham slices, and eggs. I will either do salad or apple slices so we have something fresh and hydrating as well!
