I am envious of people who have their meals planned out in advance. Way to go.

Pasta Fagioli, Caesar salad, crusty italian bread with seasoned olive oil by a warm fire. Still waiting for my Christmas tree to arrive. It's the only thing left that I need to get up and decorate. We always put ours up on Christmas Eve when I was a kid. Looks like that may happen this year.

I put a pot of white beans on last night; we are having bean and pork soup and texas toast. It is cold here right now after a few days in the 60s. I went out for a big lunch today, so the soup will hit the spot and soup is one of spoiled brats favorite roods. He would be fine as a steet person if there were enough soup kitchens around.

I have some veggies I need to use before they go bad so I'll likely make spring rolls.
