Roasted garlic chicken with a lemon-garlic sauce, stick of butter rice, green beans, Hawaiian dinner rolls, unsweetened iced tea to drink, and pizzelles for dessert.
I had Chernobyl turkey (Stouffer's turkey/dressing/mashed potatoes). I ate the mashed potatoes and gravy and dressing and threw away the substance they call turkey. Blech. I pretty much pick out all the "meat" in any frozen dinner or soup I eat.
Tonight: Visiting with mom at Saltgrass having a medium sirloin steak, baked potato (butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, and bacon bits), crisp salad (ranch and croutons), Shiner Bock bread with honey butter, and iced tea.
Take-out from my favorite Mexican restaurant: 2 types of salsa, Pico de Gallo and guacamole with a chicken burrito.
