elbow biscuits are a ball of dough held in one hand and smacked with the other elbow to flatten it....then on the cookie sheet, or into the skillet..... and into the oven.
LOL---those are the canned biscuits you BANG on the edge of the counter to open.
Grilled steak, salad and either cous cous, rice or maybe just a green veggie. It is getting so hard to find fresh veggies this time of the year, but I don't like to have carbs every night for dinner and we have to have more than just meat and salad.
