Dinner was from my favorite local Chinese place, which was fried rice with orange chicken and black pepper chicken. I usually get barbecued pork instead of orange chicken but I was told it would be an hour before they had the pork ready.

Sweet iced tea to drink.

Tonight I am making ratatouille. I plan on serving it with rice and crusty bread. I love my vegetables!

im going to have a pork loin Florentine- boneless pork loin,,,laid out flat, the place provolone cheese and spinach on- then roll and tie

I will whip the veggies in my blender with beef gravy and use that as a sauce over the roast
