If you have an event in St. Louis I would use this as a guide and add a couple of hours.

Driving Directions from Saint Louis, MO to Omaha, NE

Hope the link will work. Otherwise try going directly to mapquest and select the Directions link. Good luck.

Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theatre has an inflatable "Drive In" Movie screen, in it's newly re-done Area 57. This weekend they are having what they are calling some of "The World's Worst movies". Should be a hoot!

Here is a link with the schedule... Area '57 - An out-of-the-ordinary space for today's outdoor events featuring live concerts, car cruise-ins, motorcycle rallies and more! - Branson, Missouri

Thumbs up Whoohoo! Mr. Darlynn is a STAR!

How exciting, Darlynn! Maaan, that's late! I'm sure they're grateful to be there, though! Hope you have fun tonight!

It sounds like your handsome bass player has a bright future! Maybe we'll get a chance to meet him at an OTFCC event, someday!

Oct. 18-Maple Leaf Parade and Festival in Carthage. Many activities, including a huge marching band competition and the largest parade in the 4-state area. Events begin the previous Saturday and continue all week, with the parade beginning at 9 am on the 18th. Stop by the Chamber of Commerce for a brochure or go to this website:

Maple Leaf Festival packed with events - Carthage, MO - Carthage Press (http://www.carthagepress.com/news/x289108271/Maple-Leaf-Festival-packed-with-events - broken link)

Look for me in the parade-I will walk with the Carthage Dog Park float and be on the square after the parade selling t-shirts,bandanas and homemade dog treats. Stop by and say "Howdy!"

Haven't seen many events posted lately. Guess I'll have to check my sources very soon. I do know that there are some wine festivals still going on. But have to really check out where and when. See y'all later.

So, does anyone else have something to submit???????
