His freedom to sin would infringe on the rights of others to not be killed or stolen from.
If he is not free in heaven, is that not an execution of justice?
Why would you think he would still be so inclined after God is through chastising him, having him reap exactly whatever he sowed, and refining out the dross from his spirit??? There is justice, JBF, but it is God's perfect justice, NOT your imperfect human justice. God WILL balance the scales of justice for ALL involved, perpetrators and victims alike. God's ways are not our ways.

Show us this refinement of that sin in scripture! If unbelieving man is to be refined from sin and then allowed into heaven, show it to us!

Don't be ridiculous, Charlie. There is no eternal punishment. It is corrective chastisement and refinement of the dross. You would rather accept a completely unjustifiable eternal punishment than a completely justifiable reaping of what was sowed??? That is truly sick and twisted.

I would like to see for myself in scripture what you claim. I'm sure you are a good person and would not lie to me. But to be safe, I want to see it!

It has been shown to you that the principle of refinement exists in scripture in more than one place, Charlie. The Bible often uses the imagery of gold being refined as a picture of what God does in our lives. He, in the refining imagery, is the refiner and we are the lump of unrefined gold, full of impurity and full of potential beauty. This has been explained to you in detail, but you are adamant that eternal punishment MUST be the only way God achieves justice despite the fact that it is not remotely just!!

Malachi 3:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

3 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:

3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.

OUR requirement is to produce Spirits that are at least in some harmonic resonance with Jesus' agape love for us all. While we are alive, repentance is how we "relive" the dissonant (off-key) moments of our lives (sinful) and "tune our Spirit" to agape love. It is through our connection to the Comforter (Jesus's Holy Spirit) that we achieve connection to God. Those who do not know Jesus but have the same agape love as He does are who Paul referred to as having the law written in their hearts. Those who are blindly rebellious or evil in their Spirit are STILL eternal but they are NOT fit to be in the presence of God because their states of mind are dissonant and discordant (off-key). That dross needs to be refined out.

They will need to spend some time "refining the dross out of their understanding" and reprocess any evil in their lives in light of the truth of God. There are so many here who seem not to understand how it could NOT be punishment and still be negative consequences. It will NOT be pleasant to "relive" in their consciousness whatever unrepentant evil they wrought (surrounded by others of like mind) in the glare of God's pure love. They will have to spiritually feel for themselves all the negative consequences they inflicted on each and every human being who they affected by their evil one by one. Some will have much to relive spiritually and others less so. But ALL will be permanently changed by it and come to understand Jesus intimately and His commands to "love God and each other."

In the ancient Hebrew times the purifier would sit and maintain the temperature, when he seen his reflection in the silver he would stop the process. He has separated the pure metal from the trash.

"When the messenger (Christ) will come, who will be able to stand? For He will separate the precious from the trash. This speaks of judgement, Mystic!

It speaks of REFINEMENT, Charlie! Did you even read my post??? Judgment is NOT punishment. Punishment is an imperfect human solution to our frustration about NOT being able to attain justice, but God can attain perfect justice through refinement. There is nothing fairer or more just than reaping EXACTLY whatever you sowed.

Yea, "who shall stand when He appears" is refinement, lol, it couldn't be judgement, Mystic said so!

Read vs 5 Mystic!

"And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts."

Refining you say?

Judgment will take place within you. Separating the tares from the wheat.
So, maybe you should plow the field of your own mind and heart, Charlie?
