Why doesn't he talk to blacks directly? He's been invited to many times but he refuses. Instead, he talks about blacks to white audiences. Yeah, that's some outreach. I'm sure blacks don't find anything offensive about that.

Oh, please. He goes into an area that is almost completely white and then talks about blacks. But when the black community invites him to come and talk to them, he refuses. Why? Because he'd rather talk about blacks than to blacks.
Can you give me another reason why he refuses invitations to speak directly to black people, when they are asking for him to come and talk to them? They want to hear him speak directly to them, but he will only talk about them to white audiences. You can't spin that away no matter how hard you try.
I find these Trump nation folks to be beyond delusional. The closer we get to the election the crazy the become. It's actually kind of scary. Watching these Trump supporters on TV is even more funny. One guy just ask the interviewer what makes her think Trump is losing. When she said every poll, he said okay go ahead and ask your question. These folks are DELUSIONAL!
Trump will get 15% of the black vote without even trying. He will continue the outreach as we go along and the # will rise. Laugh all you want, but you are showing your racism little white liberals. And if your a black person laughing you are beyond help stuck on your democrat plantation. The % of the black vote Trump gets will be one of the big surprises and another reason he wins come election night.

Given Trump's past record with housing discrimination, his public excoriation of the Central Park Five, and other unflattering remarks towards African Americans, it is highly unlikely he will exceed 10% of the African American vote nationally.

Actually, you should be able to give the same speech in a cornfield in Iowa (especially with today's media coverage). As I said, black individuals don't have to be herded together in order to make a speech about issues the affect them. That's called pandering.
It takes a certain kind of racist to think "gee, better not say I want to say here because we took a head count and there's not enough black people".
