Russia itself used the Julian calendar until the soviets changed it. The church was exempted from this decree. Previous attempts in the 1800s to adopt the Gregorian calendar were cast as attempts by "Catholics" to westernize Russia. To this day many Russians erroneously refer to Dec 25 as Catholic Christmas.

Look at this video. The IS-7 gets into a good position quickly because of its speed. Nevermind the E-75 bot. The player shoots his way across the town slaughtering everything. His armor is so good half the shots bounce. The 130mm gun is lethal and he even runs down a **** roach towards the end.

It's versatile, tough and in good hands, it's unstoppable.

A Kranwagon, even in good hands, can't do this. It gets caught in the open it's dead, no armor. In a street fight any hit on it's hull is damage, even the tiniest portion. All you have to do is get close to one in a brawl or get it in the open. Artillery murders them if they're camping.

Kranwagons are purely one trick ponies.

There are those that matter, and those that don't.

I was always told the Soviets would throw you in the Gulag if you practiced religion.

That was a case before the WWII, but after it ( or may be even during the war) Stalin reopened the churches again, because that war was such a disaster of biblical proportion for Russia.
Then ( although their number diminished of course comparably to pre-revolutionary times,) they stayed opened, but mostly older people were going there.

Today he is already in Turkey.

Iran inflicted missile attacks on US bases. Iranian television reported 80 killed soldiers. I hope this is a lie and no one was hurt. Trump started another war in the Middle East.

It seems that during the missile strike a Ukrainian jet was shot down over Tehran. 170 dead, it is very sad.

I think that an exact data will not be soon, an investigation is required. The jet burns during the fall (if the video is not fake). Given the neural tension experienced by Iranian air defense operators that night, I would not rule out a version of an accidental shot down.
