Seeing the video from the copter I noticed his arms were lowered as well, never thought it could have been after being shot. So was the window up or down? Proof?
One thing that always bothes me is how the police simply allow the shooting victim to bleed out and die. The threat has been removed, why not assist?

The proof has been posted here a few times.

I heard last night that the cop who killed him was on her way to a totally different scene. Responding to a call about domestic violence. She saw the car in the road and stopped. Shouldn't she have just called it in to others and continue on her way to the DV scene?
Instead of possibly saving a life, she took one.
Of course, that could be just one of the many lies she's already told.

It is not real safe to let a car sit in the wrong lane of a roadway. Did ya ever think of that?

What if Crutcher are someone in his vehicle was having a medical emergency and she drove past?
Could you imagine if a white cop drove past a black couple with a medical emergency to get to a DV call with white people?
I'm guessing if that were the case, you'd be pretty pissed.
Yes they are. They are interrupting when the bullet hit. That was always the question. Did his arm come down when the bullet hit? Lots of people looked at it frame by frame and can't tell.
I'd like to see any video showing his hands were up when the cops tazer/shoot him. Every video I've seen show without a doubt that his right hand was reaching for the car door or his pocket and his left arm was lowered, definitely not raised on the car.
