Made from real peanuts, sure. But nobody said that they couldn't be liquefied. I might've had better luck melting actual peanut butter as opposed to chips.

Your Reese's situation sounds like what happened to us w/ those fake white chip things DH bought thinking they were actual white chocolate. What the heck do they put in stuff????? Blows my mind.
