Default Tonight's Dinner

Tonight's dinner is a yummy quinoa burger, with gruyere cheese and red onion, and crispy zucchini chips. The chips are served with a lime sriracha mayo, that'll also be on the burger. It's delicious, which is saying a lot for someone who isn't a vegetarian. I made this meal for my daughter (who IS a vegetarian) and I a few weeks ago. I was looking forward to having it again and tonight's the night.

A PF Chang frozen Mongolian Beef for two, with rice. It wasn't enough, though, so we're hitting the Christmas cookies in the freezer hard.
