You and people like you are part of the problem! "Submit some evidence, thanks". Moderator cut: personal attack Submitting evidence when none is needed, give us a break. Illegals are ruining the economy of California. It's happening in schools, welfare programs, hospitals, everywhere you look. Why, because this is the United States and if you are from Mexico you are entitled to sponge off everyone? Moderator cut: personal attack

If we had laws like this, our country would be in much better standing. Someone else in here posted the repercussions other countries impose when entering illegally, we are by far not only lenient, but pay them to come.

Ok, I see claims like these all the time, with no veracity to them, however, I watched and interview by greta van susteren, on Arnold Swazzenegger, on the hate channel(fox news), where she directly asked the governor several times whether the migrant workers were the reason for the financial woes in CA, which he repeatedly denied, we all know that the migrant workers are the last life line, we just don't want to admit it, if our only idea is to close the businesses that employ migrant workers for their survival, then we are doomed due to lack of imagination, and will soon become a failed economy, and then it will be too late, thanks god that
most of us are smarter than that......

Fox is the hate channel? Oh, please! Swartznegger admitted just a few short weeks ago that illegal immigration is a "contributing" factor to this state's economic woes. He has never denied that.

Why would our economy take a dump with illegal aliens gone? We have American workers that will take their place for a fair wage. No business should survive by circumventing our labor and immigration laws.

I dont know to many that would deny that, but I have a problem with those that place all the blame there.

California has always been a Walfare State...

"California's addiction to 'cheap' illegal alien labor is bankrupting the state and posing enormous burdens on the state's shrinking middle class tax base," stated Dan Stein, President of FAIR.

"Nothing could more starkly illustrate the very high costs of ‘cheap labor' than California's current situation," continued Stein. "A small number of powerful interests in the state reap the benefits, while the average native-born family in California gets handed a nearly $1,200 a year bill."

Illegal Immagration is just a branch on the tree. Everybody is hacking at the branches, and the Roots are doing fine...
