God: "Thall shall not murder"

So according to you, you are a sociopath with no more sense of right and wrong than a tree frog. Thankfully, I and the majority of other atheists are not sociopaths, therefore we actually know the difference between right and wrong. We don't need a bronze age fantasy novel to tell us what is right or wrong.

Atheist/agnostic standard: I know murder is wrong because it harms someone else.

Theist standard: I have absolutely no idea the difference between right and wrong therefore need an authority figure to tell me what to think and how to act.

The atheist/agnostic standard is a rational approach to morality. While not all theists believe the same way, conservatives/fundamentalists such as yourself advocate the above standard of morality. Another problem in your argument is that you assume that people are inherently evil. This is not so. There are both good and bad people. Their religious affiliation has nothing to do with wether or not they are good or evil. Most people don't actually need religion to be good.

If I read the above reply correctly, you support religious doctrine in US secular laws. Am I correct?

total, utter hogwash.
Where do you think most European Cathedrals came from?

Why not get the other Christians in sync with the "True Christians" before you try to recruit the non-Christians?

Personally I think the first Gnostic Christians were actually the "True Christians". Shame they were wiped out by the literalist "Christians". The world may have been a much better place over the last 2000 years.

The single greatest cause of atheism today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips, then walk out the door and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable
