Here is one showing the border with Ukraine at Budomierz.
The cars you see are on Polish site waiting to pickup families, friends and anyone crossing the border to Poland. Little earlier there were several busses, now I can see just one left.

Google Ukraine map to see the traffic on the roads to Poland.
Russia has blocked Twitter and threatened to do the same with Facebook.
Circumvention for those in Russia is currently possible using VPN services, which can work around government-imposed restrictions.
Impossible. Certain people here claim Russia is free.

The Ukrainians who don’t want to be under Russia’s thumb ought to get out of Dodge before it’s too late.

Ukraine has been experiencing a “bright flight”, too. But they can’t afford to lose as many of their best and brightest as Russia can because their population is smaller.

Ukraine open to talks but not Russian ultimatums, Zellensky’s advisor says

Kyiv has denied suggestions from the Kremlin that it is refusing to negotiate a ceasefire with Russia, but says it is not ready to accept ultimatums or unacceptable conditions.
Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Zelenkskyy, told the Reuters news agency that Ukraine has prepared a negotiating position but was being confronted with impractical negotiating conditions from Moscow.
“It was yesterday that the aggressive actions of the armed forces of the Russian Federation escalated, up to evening and night mass air and missile strikes on Ukrainian cities,” he said. “We consider such actions only an attempt to break Ukraine and force it to accept categorically unacceptable conditions.”"
What he's saying is nonsense. If Ukraine is open to talks, then talk!

The leaders of Ukraine want more wars and more killings because that means more American aid, more good press.

According to:

Russian troops suffered heavy casualties - as of the morning of February 26, more than 3.5 thousand Russians were killed and nearly 200 captured.

Russian warship accidentally shoots down friendly military aircraft. The incident happened in the Black Sea today, according to the military’s announcement.

I am afraid so. It's so effing sad and awful!

There is a Danish TV series called 1864 . It's about the the horror and futility of Denmark's 1864 war.

"Based on two books by Tom Buk-Swienty about the Second Schleswig War of 1864 between Denmark and an alliance of Prussia and Austria which ended in defeat for Denmark and the loss of a quarter of its territory to Prussia."

It really sounds like the Ukraine today.

Thanks for the book recommendation. I'll check it out.

Historically these wars continue despite efforts of negotiation, because one leader is wrapped up in his own idea of grandeur and heroism. Zelensky now playing the martyr and he's willing to take all of Ukraine down with him. It's all about his public image, not about the little people.

Among Vladimir Putin's first acts were to have his government take control of the major TV networks so he could control information there, and then he altered the constitution so that we would personally choose the heads of the oblasts (states) in Russia, rather than them being chosen by democratic elections, greatly increasing his power. And of course he had the constitution changed to allow him to be president for life. Russia has only been a pseudo-democracy ever since he seized power.
