If Ukraine was infested with Nazis, what would they be doing now? Killing people trying to leave? Killing men reluctant to serve in the military? Killing non whites?

The Nazi narrative is arguably the weakest point in Russia's communications effort here. It's far too transparent and no-one outside of Russia will even know what the hell they're talking about.
Within Russia there's bound to be more potency to it because most people there are aware of the association between Ukrainian nationalism and the German war effort in WW2, and Soviet schools/universities would have hammered home the connection between nationalists in the individual Republics and the Germans in order to cement loyalty to the Soviet Union. And of course for the last 8 years the Russian media will have used the presence of Ukrainian right-wing radicals using the old symbols in Ukrainian volunteer formations to create the desired effect in the audience of connecting Ukraine today with Ukraine 1942.
At the same time though the young generation - who didn't go to school/university in the Soviet Union - will likely be less easily convinced. Especially Zelensky's presence is probably a big factor that hurts this narrative. He is after all a Jewish comedian/actor, and it seems extremely unlikely he would be leading a government of "nazis".
The problem is really that tooday it is almost impossible to justify an invasion of a different country to the larger public in the West unless you make up that they have nukes and poison gas that they will use to somehow kill your family. And even that, let's be real, most Europeans and even many Americans didn't buy. Now as a result the whole Russian effort to justify the war seems kinda lackluster, like they already know no-one actually buys it.
I wouldn't trust this image of "quiet" this morning - not yet.
Russian news are reporting it's bad over there, so obviously it's bad, plus I've heard yet another blogger yesterday how heavily they've been pounded, he sounded downright desperate, so I am VERY concerned specifically for Kharkov ( ditto for any Donbass city, but Kharkov is away from Donbass.)
I heard on the news the Ukrs have wounded two Chinese that were trying to leave the city. ( They said during the emergency session in the Ministry of Defense ( in Russia) that there are 3,189 Indians, up to 2,700 Vietnamese and 200 Chinese trapped in the city. ( They repeat it here actually too..)
Another thing, is as the rumor has it, Avakov arrived to Kharkov - the main curator of the Nationalists so they are guessing what's the purpose of his visit - to give the *moral support* to these thugs or to signal retreat.
Because they are the ones that threatened the regular Ukrainian troops if they try to put their weapons down. ( I mean we've already heard about them killing the regular Ukr. troops.)
Euro, let me make you more familiar with the image of Zelensky, that Western propaganda is NOT showing you, providing the gullible public only with the images that it wants them to see instead.
Some of us wonder what he is on this time around, or whether he is simply drunk.
( I understand that he is under a lot of pressure at this point, but the way he talks, is not appropriate for the official level ( or capacity) he is in.
As I've said many times, you can see only what Western media allows you to see, but we, the Russian speakers have a different, much bigger picture, because we simply have an access to it.
The Nazi narrative is arguably the weakest point in Russia's communications effort here. It's far too transparent and no-one outside of Russia will even know what the hell they're talking about.
And obviously, US media never talked about it, and now Americans are asking "what denazification of Ukraine, what are you talking about, it's all Russian propaganda."
As for the rest of your reasoning - I'll try to address it a bit later. ( Or may be it's already addressed in that particular thread - check on it.)
Well I watched about half of this and understood some 40%-50% of it (isn't this pure Russian btw, it's not Ukrainian??). Anyway, he says it: "Я хочу просто правда" - I'm not saying he is the greatest hero yet you have a defiant comedian vs a KGB spy who is best friend with corrupt oligarchs and is as of today guilty of war crimes. It's obvious who has the morale high ground.
