It's OK.
He can continue to *play on piano.*

From what I heard on Ru news - from 2016 to 2020 almost million Ukrainians received Russian passports.

The majority of them are not even from the LDNR, but the rest of the South-East.

Oh, the Ru gov. recently changed the immigration laws too - now people planning to work there can stay twice less ( looking for a job/while on visit) - about a month or so, instead of previous three months.
But if the applicants are planning to receive Russian citizenship, they can stay longer.

So millions of Ukrainians working in Russia will have to make up their mind. I think Ru government is not making any secrets that these new laws are directed at Ukrainian citizens specifically; ethnic Russians and Ukrainians alike.

In other news - Zelensky's visit to Washington ( that he was anxiously awaiting) has been pushed to August-September now, and the US gov. basically "politely advised Ukraine to shut up and to quit whining about the NS 2. "

https://www.politico.com/news/2021/0...ipeline-500334

Oh, this, and that US is really not interested to join the "Minsk group" as Zelensky was asking.

So the retards keep on shelling the LDNR, talking about the "liberation of the native Ukrainian territories."

So something is up.

What an irony.
Now that Russians (and Germans) are celebrating the victory of the Nord Stream 2 project after the last Merkel's visit to Washington, the removal of sanctions and whatnot, Biden is getting under fire of the likes of Ted Cruz "how dare."
Not only that, but I see more and more proofs that one of the major topics of the last Putin/Biden meeting was actually Afghanistan, the whole situation in that region and how to go about it.

By now American administration ( all of it) figured out that it's impossible to solve the problem without Russian cooperation.

With other words, everything that Trump figured out first ( Russia's global weight/role,) tried to go in that direction of cooperation, and was punished for it through the nose by the Democrats AND his own party members alike.

Only to watch now how Biden is practically step by step implementing HIS ( Trump's) ideas.

That is to ignore Ukraine ( whose curator and supporter Biden was for years,) and to seek closer ties with Russia instead, in order to to offset China's advances.

And that's precisely the trend that Biden follows now.

Oh the irony.

So there are a million people throughout Eastern Ukraine holding a Russian passport. If accurate it could make things interesting. Mass immigration to Russia when Ukraine needs talent to build its economy?

I don't know where these people are - whether they are still in Russia working, or they returned to Ukraine.

I believe Russia changed the laws - now you don't have to denounce your Ukrainian citizenship while acquiring the Russian one.

This latest complaint filed with the ECHR regarding the violation of human rights in Ukraine and the actions of the Ukrainian government - I wonder whether it's an official prelude to some next move on a chess board by the Russian government or what.

That didn't take long. Russia is already interrupting the Ukraine gas transit. I don't have a clue what he's babbling about. Not a lot of time to research it either.

Personally, I think Russia made a mistake on this one. Any Ukrainian (except from Donbass and Lugansk) getting into Russia should first be a subject to a deep background check, and even if clean should go through a denazification process. Nazism poison went too deep into Ukraine to just let anybody to get Russian passport.

Anyway, seems like Biden just offloaded this bunch of Nazis to Germany, so now it's Merkel's headache. US took 7 years to learn that Ukraine is a toxic asset; let's see how long it'll take Germans to learn the same thing. Chinese were the smartest of them all, and they got out of Ukraine after loosing only $3bln or so.

I am not sure what you are talking about.
Ukrainian nationalists usually are not going to Russia looking for jobs.

They head to Poland.
People that head to Russia looking for jobs ( or resettlement) are usually your normal Ukrainians from the South-East for the most part, whose lives were turned upside down by the coup d'etat in Kiev back in 2014.

They have NOTHING to do with the "nazification of Ukraine."

Now the brainwashing of the young generation of course took place during the last seven years by the likes of "Azov", ( in South-East in particular,) up to the point that some sport team ( teenagers) recently named it "Hitlerovians" and thought nothing of it, until people from older generation questioned the local authorities "are you in the right mind to let it slide?"
But the teenagers don't go to Russia looking for jobs.

It's the people who were old enough to not to be brainwashed.

I went through quite a few videos when people were questioned on the streets of different Ukrainian cities on the related matters.

You can get a better idea of what's going on there on this channel;

this is for example a recent poll in Odessa "Are Russians and Ukrainians one and the same people?"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pgua1gQjyv8

As you can see here, the overwhelming response in Odessa - "yes, Ukrainians, Belorussians and Russians are one and the same people, with some slight regional differences and differences in politics."

Latest on Ukrainian gas transit.

https://www.rt.com/russia/530391-gaz...ity-rejection/

The unusual opinion that Ukraine has a "right" to be a gas transit state" seems utterly ridiculous to me but it has been said.

Interestingly enough, this was the whole design of it; Russia supplying gas and fees in Ukrainian budget, all while Ukraine is banning Russian language, splatter swastikas all over the country and bring NATO military bases in.

And if Russia refuses to transit gas via Ukraine - it's all about "Russian aggression" and "gas used as political weapon."
Surreal.

In other news;

The brain child of Zelensky, the "Crimea Platform," that supposes to substitute/supplement "Minsk group," that is moving nowhere, and to bring to its board the "leaders of the free world," reminding them that Crimea is still "occupied by Russia," is not getting due attention ( from the US at least.)
Interestingly enough, Biden is appointing Pete Buttigieg ( out of all people) to attend the approaching meeting.

Go figure.

...and this is something that makes me downright chuckle.

After the Russians sounded the alarm over and over again regarding the Nazi insignia, Nazi marches and the rest that they see on the rise in Ukraine, America kept on ignoring it, denouncing it as part of the "Russian propaganda" and stuff.

After all, these are the good Ukrainian guys, the guys fighting "for peace and democracy" against despotic Russia; the kind of guys America supports, right?

So if these guys are saying that swastika has nothing to do with nazism, that it's all about the "Hinduism" or "original Slavic paganism symbols," and it's OK to place it, say, on children's playground for children to grow familiar with the "Slavic pagan culture," then be it.

And if these children are trained to hate Russians, if the portraits of Hitler's supporters and members of SS division are hailed as heroes in "free and democratic Ukraine" - that's OK too, as long as it's directed against Russians.

And it would be nice if things would stay forever this way, but lo and behold - a day ago the swastika popped up in the US State Department, near the "special envoy office." Carved in the elevator's wall.

So now when Mr. Blinken is all riled up with indignation, and "thorough investigation" of the sudden appearance of the "hateful graffiti" is underway, I'd really like to remind that it's not more than a Hindu symbol, so what the fuss is all about?

The State Department has launched an internal investigation

"Hate has no place here" stated Mr Blinken in a subject line of the emails, sent to all department employees.

Not here, god forbids.
Of course not.

But it's OK for it to thrive elsewhere.

As long as it serves the purpose.
