Are you replacing DKM as resident comic of the thread?? Good job, thank you for the morning laugh....
That's why the Russians christened them "ISIS from Zhmerinka" for their latest terrorist activities.
( Zhmerinka being the image of the most hickish backwaters of the typical Ukrainian province.)
Russia is funding russian nazi groups such as "Radnovers" to fight against the local population in the Donbass.
Ukraine is successfully fighting the Russian invaders, destroying the infrastructure of the Russian army. The most interesting thing is that this tank farm was surrounded by the latest Russian anti-UAV systems, but they could not oppose anything to the technologies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is yet another failure of the Russian military industry, which has hopelessly lagged behind Ukraine
Wadym, are you Ukrainian? If so, can I ask you something?
Why are there so many clowns, buffoons and comedians in Ukraine, including the president of your country, deputies and state officials? Is it connected with the mentality of Ukrainians or is it something with cultural traditions? Looks like, they have no ability to comprehend reality and actuality, and keep living in their fantasy world.

You are right. This thread is only for Russians and Russophiles. It’s gone on so long that an occasional reminder is necessary.

Oh it's not even that.
You simply don't have a *pleasure* of hearing the sea of craziness coming from Ukrainian state via their official channels lately, but we do.
Meanwhile, the price of gas in Europe hit $950.
I suspect dear Wadim doesn't even comprehend what it spells for Ukraine.
Or may be he does, so for him bombing the oil depot in the Eastern Ukraine used by the local population equals "bombing the Russian Army with superior Ukrainian weaponry."
For some strange reason these people (Ukrainian nationalists) were thinking all along that they are so *important* for the West, that not only the NS 2 will be stopped on their behalf, but the military confrontation between Russia and the West will go ahead just because Ukrainians are so indispensable for the "Western powers."
They keep on talking about it with straight faces, calculating the "upcoming Russian losses" and all, so of course the question comes how can they miss the reality of things so badly, not to mention that they sound like total buffoons.
Bwa-ha-ha.
I have totally forgotten all about it.
This particular metro station in Moscow ( Kiev station) was devoted to the theme of "reunification of Ukraine and Russia.
Just look closer at the paintings on the walls. ( At 4:05 in particular.)
This particular aid has a nick-name "Zelensky's vallet." ( And he ( S. Shefir,) played the same role in Zelensky's "Kvartal 95," so their ties go way back.)
Keiv's officialdom of course is already talking about the "hand of Kremlin" ( who else?) that is trying to "destabilize the situation in Ukraine."
But since practically each and every assassination that Ukrainian officialdom was trying to write off on the "hand of Kremlin" turned out to be the result of internal conflicts, the "hand of Kremlin" is rolling its collective eyes, and points at the recent secret meeting between Shefir and certain Ukrainian oligarchs ( Renat Akhmetov being one of them.)
Zelensky ( after his brief return to Ukraine after the meeting with Biden) is now back in New York for the UN meeting ( as if he has something important to say to the world.)
So the way he comments on this assassination attempt, is "we don't know yet who did it, the internal or external enemies, but we'll sternly respond bla-bla." It looks like he is taking off because of that and returning to Ukraine from New York.
What Sharij is asking looking into all this though, is why on earth, during the investigation made in the area where the incident took place, the investigators didn't even go the near-by "cottage village" that's built for the Ukraine's rich, and which has plenty of security cameras installed.
Not to mention that Shefir's driver was hit in the legs and drove the car for quite some time until they reached "Kiev proper".
I think that if the Russians did this it would have been done right.
To the question "why would Russians want to take out someone like Shefir," some Ukrainian officials gave an explanation " that's the revenge for the anti-Russian rhetorics that are heating up in Ukrainian government."
So as Sharij has put it - "You think so? If Russians would be going for this kind of revenge, the third of the world would be already in coffins."
It still needs the clowns mark and even then you have to wonder if it will do any good.
