A peach nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted of dark high fiber/protein bread with strawberry spread and a mug of herbal green tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Florentine omelet, glass of red, and dessert is a small dish of strawberry ice cream.

Turkey pastrami folded on crisp romaine hearts, with onions, mozzarella cheese and a homemade spicy spread made from Dukes mayo, whole grain horseradish mustard, garlic and capers.

Steamed broccoli on the side.

Ice water with lemon and leftover Dunkin Donuts decaf coffee, cold.

I had some leftover crab legs from last night, so I made a Crab Louie salad. Another thread here gave me the idea. We had dinner at 5:30 because I have been thinking about that salad all day!
