Cooking up some chicken breast, too make a salad.....lettuce, brocolli, tomatos, olives, beets. May make some suddenly pasta salad too go along with it.
Tonight we are having jonah crab claws with cocktail sauce. We are also having a big salad. We went traveling thru part of The Berkshires today. We passed a farm with an honor vegetable stand. I love those! I bought all kinds of vegetables for tonight's salad.
