Made the 2 bedroom waitlist so at least making progress! Absolutely no idea how long the wait may be, but happy to make a step forward.

Would be really nice if there was some transparency about where you fall on the waitlist and can track your progress. The closest I can find are the postings on this thread, I cheer when other people get offers!

Same here- I am always happy when I hear news of someone being offered an apt and I rely on the messages here to figure out which log # we are at. It just makes me super confused when people hire than my log all of a sudden say that they were offered something…
As long as I get in with a decent rent, I am fine waiting…

Late March they requested the documents and I sent them within a couple days. A few weeks later they asked for some updated documents. A few weeks ago they asked for a few more documents (I had already sent those so not sure what happened but sent them again). Then just got the update we were added to the 2 bedroom waitlist. Log #33**. My lease is up July 1st so was really hoping to get in beforehand but looking at everyone else's timeline I know that's not happening. Looking more like fall sometime (I hope!).

Yup, same. The only info I get is here and really helpful to hear what log numbers are getting offers, etc.. The earlier to move the better on my end but it's looking more like November I think.

did your specialist put you on the waitlist or the leasing agent?

The same person that has been emailing me about my documents, emailed to say I had been added to the 2 bedroom waitlist. They don't include a job title in their emails, I am assuming it's a specialist.

Thanks
They e-mailed me to fill out paperwork in which I submitted everything. A few days later after submission they e-mailed stating they received my paperwork. But before continuing they would like to know what apartment size we desired. I mentioned that we would like a 3 bedroom but unsure and they then e-mailed stating that they were only processing 2 bedrooms at the moment. I then asked if we would be removed from the list if we wanted a 3 bedroom and they stated we would NOT be removed but would have to wait. We then confirmed we would like to wait for a 3 bedroom. Hope that helps!
