I spoke to Ms Pryce on Thursday morning. She told me and I quote " If you send me the updated documents today I can get you processed and approved today". I emailed all updated documents within an hour. And nothing Thursday or Friday. I'm gonna call again on Monday and see whats up. For all this trouble I better have a nice bottle of wine waiting on me when I move in. Sheesh.

Hello, I have a question about the 2018 &2021 lottery. I applied in 2018 and got log 1xxx. Applied 2021, got log 5xxx. Never contacted for 2018, only 2021. For reference, it would be a 1bd. Any ideas? And if someone from 2018 that was contacted mind providing their log? Its a confusing process for everyone. Any info is appreciated.

Resubmit question

When being asked to resubmit once they are finally ready to offer you an apt. Do you have to send the entire processing package? or do they just need pay stubs-letter of employment and bank statements?
I am trying to get everything in place in the event I am being asked to re-submit once I am away this summer. Thanks

If your household size is just 1 person - you wouldn't qualify for a 2 bedroom. Google the 2021 Stuytown Lottery Flyer.

Lotteries usually will run for 2 years so the end of the lottery is February 2023. However, due to the large amount of applicants, they might extend the lottery for an additional 2-3 years. You just have to wait for a processing email. Other than that, they cannot provide an estimate of when they will reach your log number.
