Galveston, Brazoria and Clear Lake areas are now calling for a voluntary evacuation:

Looks like at the very least it's gonna be a messy weekend on the dirty side of this storm. Looking at a variety of reports, it sounds like 50 mph winds and 8 inches of rain are to be expected.

Man this sucks I don't want to evacuate but I know my wife will we just got a call from League City saying Voluntary evacuation

Yes they're drama queens. But this is what these guys live for. They're meterologist afterall. Plus hurricane season means high ratings.
