How do people survive being so paranoid? Do they sit in the house and post on forums all day? I can't imagine someone who believes all this conspiracy garbage can be comfortable going outside.
There might be an alien waiting there to shut them up...
The mission specialists worked across teams, pretty much constantly. You cannot just compartmentalize the operation of a huge and interlinked mission like that, one team's recommendations had implications for other teams.
And the technical specs for Apollo are known, publicly, in great detail. That computer everybody is pooh-poohing? Hobbyists have built copies in their garage. Works just fine, it's a surprisingly easy problem to solve. The inner workings of the engines, the design of each stage and of each module, everything has been pored over for decades.
There's no rational denying that the old guys built something that could fly to the Moon. Now, you can argue that - having gone to the expense and the trouble of doing so - they simply didn't, instead embarking on a secret program that didn't go to the Moon, except there is not one trace of the cover-up to be found anywhere and no motive, either.

Has lunar material been brought back by unmanned missions?
I'm surprised you ask, but yes. The Soviets flew unmanned sample return missions.
The aggregate yield was less than half a pound and of course limited by what was in reach of the automated scoop. But universities - also not on NASA payroll - were given access to samples. Yes, they checked out with Apollo samples.

No. No, they aren't. Rocks that have formed on the Moon and then spent a few million years subject to lunar surface conditions show it. Low gravity, extremely dry environment, meteorite pitting, solar wind trace elements and radio isotpe aging that varies considerably from Earth rocks.
If it was a hoax then we would have already known about it.
It would be practically impossible to fake live footage of six moon landings way back in the 60's and 70's, when technology was much more limited.
Not even today would it be that easy to fake those moon landings in a way that looked completely natural to a physicist or geologist - you would have to make sure that the astronauts moved exactly like they are supposed to move in 1/6 gravity, you would have to create an extremely huge vacuum chamber to get rid of all possible traces of an atmosphere, and you woul have to somehow darken the sky and and at the same time keep the sun.
And even if you were to use cutting edge CGI, it would still be insanely hard to make everything look completely realistic, down to the smallest detail - any hint of fakery would be immediately obvious to any scientist.
The reason why some images look strange and suspicious is because a lot of things work differently on the moon.
For example, there is a hoax myth that they "moved" the lunar lander between photos because it seems to have very different foregrounds and still have the same backgrounds, but the explanation for this is that those photos were taken from different angles, and the background was actually very far away so it changed very little - there is no atmosphere on the moon, so distant objects will look just as crystal clear as close objects, and this creates an illusion that they appear to be closer than they actually are.
Also, all my physics teachers in college have on at least one occasion used footage from the moon landings to explain various physical phenomena.
Even my university physics book treats the moon landings as given facts, and often mentions them in the chapter about gravitation.
It even explained the reason for why astronauts almost always appear to be running on the moon:
you start running when the force that you exert on the ground becomes bigger than your own weight, and for this reason you will start running at much lower speeds on the moon than on the Earth, since it's much easier to exert a force larger than your own weight on the moon because your weight is 1/6 of your Earth weight.

People dont become this way overnight, it takes time. Looking back to the past, all the times our govt has lied to the people, or withheld information, they have specific reasons for doing these things.
A good example is the CIA and its MK Ultra experiments. If you were to start talking about this in public and accusing govt of being involved back in the 70s or 80s, most people would have called you a wackjob, a crazy C-theorist, etc, but many years later, we now know it really did happen. Past behavior is the best indicator at what will happen in the future, if Govt was secretly involved in stuff like this in the past, more than likely the same kinds of things are going on today...eventually someone starts to recognize a Govt for what it is and will no longer believe anything they claim.

People just don't "become" paranoid. Most paranoid people get that way from being subjected to paro-rays that are beamed into their home from floating, cloud-shaped blaster platforms at night. Don't ask me how I know.
Anyone think its possible the early landings were faked but the later ones were real?
No.
