Yes, I am correct. Tell us about "all of these claims"; which claims?
This entire thread is filled with people claiming to know what happens after a person dies. All you have to do is read it. I'm not sure what you're getting at.

The ideas in the thread depend on the information derived from the holy heavenly books: the Torah, the Gospel and the Quran and its interpretation.
Also, on some observations of the late interpreter, and of many other people who encountered some spiritual experiences.
QUOTE ..."Disbelievers, atheists, those associating (idols, Jesus, saints, imams or sheikhs) and wrong-doers[/u]: these will have the devils set on them and have control over them to enslave and subject them, to humiliate them, to afflict them with various kinds of torment and chastisement."

That sure is a loving heavenly father---set the children alight--confuse them and tempt them--remain aloof and hard to fathom---then give them torture, humiliation, and affliction after they have suffered and died--great--
just the deity I would like to spend eternity with-NOT
The point I was trying to make is that you can't possibly know for sure what happens after death, unless you have died and later come back to life.
Oh that makes a world of sense. What you're basically telling us with this logic is no one is valid on anything unless they experience it. Is that your basic arguement? So unless there's some dead guy posting on here we can't reach a conclusion on this issue?
Any zombies here? Undead? Please contribute. Anyone....???

I think it's very logical for us to be able to reach a conclusion on this matter without having to go through it ourselves. It would hurt me too much to go through what you suggest just to validate my posts.

Let me see if I understand you correctly. You feel it's more logical to claim the remarks regarding an afterlife from an ancient text MUST be 100% positively true because you think they are, than to simply say, "I believe it will be like x, but of course we can't know until we die." You honestly believe you can, without dying, know for a fact what happens after you die? How many dead people have you discussed this with?
