Speaking of Italian....I very rarely make homemade lasagna...but I did last night and so tonight we are having homemade lasagna layered with ricotta cheese, spinach and freshly grated parmesan topped with mozzarella cheese......it smells so good as it cooks right now.
For dessert...not sure if I have confessed this or not buy my DH is a baker (we used to own a bakery) and he made homemade Tiramisu Cake.... and we are inviting our Austrian family over for an Italian dinner
