That's true, and if salvation is all you're after, you need do nothing more than let His "finished" work be the end of it. Some of us, however, don't want to settle for that.
And some reject the salvation.

Yes, potentially so. I don't think there will be that many though, not when all is said and done. After all, we are told that every knee will bow and every tongue confess will confess that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Obviously, for many it won't be during mortality that this will happen.

Correct, many go to their graves rejecting God. After that it is too late.
"Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment"
Clearly, you have never been a lifeguard. There is no extending of a hand to a drowning victim. They are usually panicking and flailing about. Lifeguards give them no choices, they simply haul them to safety.

Wrong, Finn. Drowning victims are seldom if ever cooperative unless they are unconscious. They always pose a danger to the lifeguard so they are trained specifically to approach them from underwater and behind them. You know that your Savior making an invitation nonsense is complete nonsense . Why do you persist???
Those that hold the view that God, in His infinite wisdom and mercy , creates and continues to create billions and billions and billions and billions of people destined for a eternity of suffering constant horrific torment in hell while only a minority make it to heaven should really rethink their God .

That maybe the fundamentalist view, but not all Christians believe what you are insinuating.

I know that not all do. That's why I said " those that " do . There was no insinuation. It was plainly stated.
