Derkach wasn't posting on internet forums. He was working with Russia to fabricate "evidence" against Biden's actions in Ukraine. His "findings" were repeated on this very forum as proof of the things they accuse are happening in Ukraine and the USA.
He also advances Russia's malign interests in Ukraine, which is another matter but part of the same problem.
