Just to add insult to injury shrinkflation also hit Ukraine.
Bunge is a company that makes cooking oil. Their 1 ltr bottle of sunflower oil was reduced to 850 grams and the same price if not more was charged for it.
In Russia a litre of cooking oil is still a litre according to what I read.
Shrinkflation is the practice of shrinking the size of a product. It's often done in a deceptive manner.
Pubs seldom sell a 16 oz pint anymore. The glass is still the same size when you look at it but now the bottom and walls are thicker reducing the volumn it holds. Thus the 14oz pint.

You know, I am coming to conclusion that Ukrainian language not only shouldn't become "part of the European Union" as the idiots are trying to insist, but it should be probably outlawed all together for the next 100 years or so.
Otherwise the crazies there will not calm down.
I am listening what's going on there after the "language law" proceeded with further implementations that came in place few days ago, and it's outrageous and terrifying simultaneously.
200 reports that were written within the first couple of days to the office of the "ombudsman of Ukrainian language" on the business owners that dared to speak Russian to their Russian speaking customers is not a big deal.
The death threats and vandalism of businesses is much, much worse, since it's legal in Ukraine to make addresses and telephone numbers public, when the Nazi announce the open hunt on their victims.

So these two women are talking in details about what's happening to them, after one of them ( the owner of Jewish restaurant in Odessa) dared to address her patrons on Facebook in usual light-hearted manner, traditional for Odessa, but she spelled the text in Russian letters.
At this point not only her business is shut down, but she is afraid even to take her children to the day care, after receiving death threats not only on-line, but over the phone day and night.
The other one, the owner of the veterinarian clinic said that she couldn't switch to Ukrainian, since her clients would have hard time understanding medical issues of their pets.
So she offered certain days of service for Russian speakers and discount.
The next day her business was vandalized.
The police stands on the side lines and watches as usual, since everybody knows by now that the Nazi corps are directly connected to the Security Service of Ukraine; that's where their bread and butter are coming from.
The only good news I hear from Ukraine so far is that the big wigs in Security Service start ordering murders of each other already, paying for the job to the very nationalists that they feed from their hand.
So hopefully the end of this whole "Ukraine" project is already near.
So I'll wait till more news will come regarding those ordered murders, but for now - back to the regularly scheduled program of "horrors of Putin's Russia" and "arrest of Navalny."
btw, Ukraine has not started vaccination against Covid.

Oh, I got it. This is a tricky tactic. They will wait for new vaccines against new strains and will get vaccinated later. Profit.

(What it looks like, some Ukrainian crooks... sorry *business people* ( connected directly to the government I assume as usual) are making schemes, trying to swindle money from Ukrainian budget, and making contracts for supply of the Chinese vaccine, that most likely doesn't even exist.
Disregard Ukrainian language at the beginning of the show - the hosts are Russian speakers that are forced to communicate in Ukrainian at this point, just go straight to D. Spivak. ( BTW I hear the rumors that he played very negative role during the May 2nd events, that's why he is still tolerated by Nazis I assume.))
But I don't want to digress, since we are talking about the vaccine situation in Ukraine.

( It's actually interesting to listen to his assessment of different vaccines in general, and we probably SHOULD listen to him at this point, before he will be forced to bleat in Ukrainian "mova" or will immigrate, as professionals in Ukraine will be forced to do with increasing speed.)
Sure lets listen to a Russian propagandist about which vaccine to take and which to avoid. Certainly the Russian vaxx is the top of the list. Somehow it doesn't seem to be working for Russians but it should for Venezuela and Cuba. Followed by the Chinese ones, they are not bad. Avoid the Pfizer and other western vaccines. They are dangerous poison. Poor Ukraine will be getting 8 million doses of that poison next month. No doubt an attempt by Westerners to weaken Ukraine and further colonize them.
