No no. I've actually thought about it a bit, why this Russian propaganda just works so well for you. With my kitchen psychology skills it indeed seems that most Russians never have learned or being taught how to think for themselves. In Western Europe kids are encouraged to question everything from a very young age, while Soviet/Russian kids were/are taught that state media is the truth, and if you don't believe it you're a 'provocateur or fascist'. And it's ongoing. Someone promises something, the kids are sent to Putin Jugend camps to be indoctrinated, and all opposition is destroyed. Like that after 2015 social media companies that collect any kind of information must be on Russian servers, or otherwise they will be banned. In 2016 youtube, facebook, twitter, everything outside the state media will be blocked.
With this the Kremlin assures that you won't learn anything that is coming outside the official media.

You are mistaken. Russian always been able to read "between the lines." I do not think that Russian propaganda more than in other countries. For example, I can easily see this when watching videos about the preparation of the Sochi Olympics, or when I watch videos about the situation in Ukraine.
All that I write about Ukraine not taken from official sources. These are different forums and opinions acquaintances. I think that someone will be interested to see the situation in Ukraine in another perspective.

Again Ariete - you don't quite understand what happened there with this change of government and "what Ukraine wants" and who is sitting in Kiev. See, people who are sitting in Kiev (Poroshenko, Yatzenuk et al) look very much like benign folks, someone friendly to "democratic ideas" "free markets" and all, everything what the West wants to hear. This kind of people are known as "liberals" in Russian politics, and Russia has them too, but the difference is that in Russia, as desperate as these people are, under the current political circumstances, THEY DO NOT UNITE with Russian nationalists, creating a unified front, although both often stand side by side during anti-government protests. This is not the case in Ukraine, where said above liberals united with the nationalists, or even better to say - came to power on their rifles ( or rather Molotov's cocktails.) See, the way it works ( in Slavic world at least,) - it's not enough to have the "thinkers," the "intellectuals," the "liberals" to simply come up with "ideas" - you need the peasants and workers, that are ready to take guns to support these ideas and to implement them into life. And this time, those who agreed to carry guns to bring the new government to power and to become the backbone of all the military operations? happened to be Ukrainian nationalists, whose agenda is not always "to be part of Europe" and more often - "Ukraine - above everything." That's why where you, westerners, see the smiling faces of liberals representing the facade of "democratic Ukrainian government," those who live in Ukraine, see the bared teeth of the nationalists, if someone dares to"not to support *democratically-elected government.* Hope this will help you to understand situation, finally.

The only "camps" I know about where civilian refugees from eastern Ukraine have been temporarily sheltered are children's summer camps, which have been hastily refurbished to accommodate women, children, and the elderly. Many churches and charitable organizations have assisted, and local citizens are bringing in food, clothing, and other needed supplies. See jeremiahshope.org for more information about just such an organization assisting civilian refugees from Slavyansk. All of these refugees chose to leave Slavyansk to protect themselves and their children from the violence and totalitarian regime attempting to establish itself in place of the rightful, democratic government of Ukraine.
All of these refugees found the shelter in "charitable organizations" - all 63 of them? How sweet.
What's about tens of thousands of them who preferred to run to Russia instead? You think it happened because of just "Russian propaganda"? You think they are all that stupid - all hundred thousands of them?
