I am sure of one thing. Those people who called for Russia to come will ask Ukraine to take them back. And it will happen very soon.

Hmm...with Mr. Aksyonov and Putin hanging out with Indian leaders it just may be a couple of bucks will be going into Crimea soon. You know infrastructure etc etc etc . Plus no doubt some other unsavory stuff and shady deals. Curious how corruption will fare then in the land. What kind of a future Crimea will get beats me. It could just be a 'candy land' to Putin's backers.

I can only cite Mr. Mick Jagger..."It's all right letting yourself go, as long as you can get yourself back..."

Putin Huilo, people will want to come back to Ukraine, if they believe that the law will protect them. Events in Odessa have been investigated? The guilty punished?

I am always "pleasantly amused" by people who think they can predict the future. I think it's more of a case of "Baby Baby Don't Look Back"

Fine Young Cannibals.

A very interesting article on the geology of the Donbas region and it's coal. It appears that it truly is non competitive. It simply costs too much ti get the coal out. If this is accurate.
