No-one's going to get nuked over Ukraine. 99 out of a 100 Europeans or Americans couldn't tell the difference between a Ukrainian and a Russian.
Soon enough even the old numbnuts in State and the DOD will realize that the real game going forward is in the East China Sea not in Eastern Europe. Some dudes with degrees in "Sovietology" probably need to retire first but it can't be long before they're ripe for it.

... and from what I hear on Russian news - he is saying that since the Western counties don't want to abide by the Budapest memorandum, then Ukraine is free to get the nuclear weapons back.
How the "rest of the world knows" what's true and what's not, when there are no correspondents on THAT side of Ukraine for the last seven years - no asking the locals, not seeing what's going on on the ground?

No, that's not the point. It's just that someone doesn't want the world to know the truth, how everything really is there. It is much easier and safer to blame Russia for everything. And you don't have to take your ass off a chair somewhere in London or New York.
You didn't answer my question. Why do you think that there are no reporters from free media in Donass? Is it a funny coincidence or what?
