Going to be a late spring again. Grass just coming in for the last two or three weeks.

We've got trees and bushes getting their greenery, and green grass, and that blazing yellow forsythia everywhere. Our yard is landscaped with evergreen bushes so we have that greenery year-round. Anyone want any hostas???

I'm moving to Winston Salem end of August/first of September.

Tell me how it is during the fall in NC.

It has been a nice week here in central NY. Temps in 70s or high 60s. Sun out every day. What a treat to see those blue skies.

But this Friday afternoon it's 65 degrees with lots of rain clouds coming in.

We had a humongous hosta on the back of our yard in NY. We used to tease there was probably a dead body there. My brother who digs for bottles as a hobby, said more likely it is the site of an old outhouse. Abandoned outhouses make for good bottle digging since people got rid of bottles by throwing them down the hole. Apparently they are a great for fertilizing too.
